My Aim …… is to make you back pain free
It is my purpose to provide as effective help to patients as I can.
I like to keep it all simple so that the patient can understand what the problem is and what is expected of them.
I expect to have virtually all of my new patients completely pain free after two visits although there will inevitably be some variations. Using a pain score of 0 to 10, most patients see are 5 – 6 and above. Given the chance, I don’t hope, I expect to have over 95% down to 0 -1.
The cost of fees for treatment is always a delicate point. However, as many people are naturally concerned about the cost I have decided that I should publish my fee.
The cost is £80 for the first two treatments and £40 per treatment thereafter if required, and as I have already said, two visits initially are normally all that is required. Home visits will of course be subject to an extra, reasonable fee to cover travelling costs.
It has been said that the £80 seems to be much more than others are initially charging, but I am not wishing for you to be returning regularly and spending your life’s savings as some have done.
I was originally trained by a Mr. Tom Henderson who practiced in Ladybank in Fife for 50 years. He had a tremendous reputation and I had the good fortune to regard him as a friend. By using the basic techniques which he originally taught me and by attending many various courses over the subsequent 43 years, I have refined the treatment methodology to the simple but very effective form that it now is. It is not without good reason that I am more commonly known as “the man who fixes backs” Formally from Bishopbriggs near Glasgow, then Redding near Falkirk, then Lydney in Gloucestershire. I have an international reputation with patients from around the globe. I was once, genuinely asked to do a ‘house call’ to Thailand and the amazing thing was that the lady had been recommended by a patient in San Francisco.
However, I must emphasize that if at anytime during the initial consultation and/or treatment, there is the least suspicion that something is untoward, for example, in terms of structural breaks in the bone or any disease etc., or if the various pain and nerve patterns indicate a possible ‘red flag’ situation, then the patient is advised to consult their GP before anything more is contemplated.
I trust that you will find the following pages of interest and in doing so perhaps find an answer to your own problem. Feel free to print out a copy and pass it to a friend who may not have access to the internet. Wouldn’t it be good to help them also?
Patients frequently ask –
“Why won’t the doctors listen?”
Because it is too embarrassing for them to acknowledge that it works.
Generally they are good but not always right – especially about backs.
It’s YOUR pain, so read the rest of the site and make up your own mind.
